1. Initial consultation
Depending on the size of the project, we will either visit your home or talk via phone or online to discuss your requirements and assess the project. We operate in Bristol, Bath and the surrounding area.
2. Bespoke proposal
We will create a custom proposal for you and send it via email with a quote.
3. Get started
We will work with you to declutter and edit your belongings and advise on home organisation solutions where appropriate. We will arrange for items to be sold or donated as required.

FAQs
What spaces does Lighter Spaces declutter?
We work with all rooms in the house – kitchens, playrooms, bedrooms, work areas and can tackle garages and garden sheds if required.
How long will a session last?
Each project is unique; it could be a few hours or a few days. Once we have completed an in home or online consultation, we can provide an estimate of time and provide a price.
Will you help me to sell items?
Yes, where appropriate, we are happy to help you sell higher value items such as furniture, paintings, ceramics etc online or at auction.
How do you dispose of unwanted items?
We always try to dispose of unwanted items in a sustainable way, that might be by selling them, donating them to charity, taking them to a recycling site or gifting them to friends and neighbours.
Will you help me sort through and process any documents or paperwork?
Whilst we are happy to itemise paperwork, we can’t help you to process documentation such as legal documents or personal paperwork.
My relative is prone to hoarding, can you help?
No, we are not trained or equipped to help with people who hoard large quantities of belongings, there are specialist charities we can direct you to for help with this.
